Sensitive information may include health information, professional information, information about your work context, information about your wellbeing, or information relevant to supervision, safety, ethical obligations or professional practice.

2. Information about clients discussed in supervision

Supervision often involves discussion of client work.

You are responsible for protecting your own clients’ privacy and confidentiality. Wherever possible, client information discussed in supervision should be de-identified.

You should avoid sharing names, contact details, recordings, documents or other identifying information about your clients unless it is necessary for the supervision purpose and you have an appropriate legal, ethical or consent basis to do so.

If identifiable client information is provided to us, we will handle it with care and only use or disclose it where reasonably necessary for supervision, risk management, legal obligations, ethical obligations, complaints handling, insurance, professional consultation or another lawful purpose.

We will not sell your personal information.

5. What happens if you do not provide information

You do not have to provide personal information to us. However, if you do not provide information we reasonably need, we may not be able to:

In group supervision, other participants will hear information you choose to share. We require participants to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants outside the group.

·       payment processing

·       email

·       video conferencing

·       cloud storage

We do not usually store full credit card details. Payment information is generally processed by our payment provider.
