Online professional and clinical supervision for counsellors and supervisors who want a warm and welcoming space to reflect and grow in their practice. Bring your full self, your client work, your ethical questions and your practice decisions. We offer individual supervision and small online groups where you can think them through with experienced supervisors.
Meet the people behind the Centre
Liana Busoli
Founder and supervisor
I founded The Counselling Supervision Centre because counsellors need relationships where they can say what they are unsure about, have space to examine the pressures around their work and have support to develop their own judgement. My years working with trauma, domestic and family violence, and complex practice contexts mean that I supervise with attention to people, power, safety and the realities of the systems we work in.
Natalee Martin
Supervisor, Early Career Counsellor Supervision Group
Natalee facilitates our small group for counsellors in their first years of practice. You can bring the case you keep thinking about, the decision you are second-guessing, or a question you have not yet had a good place to ask. You will work alongside other emerging counsellors as you develop your judgement and find your own way of practising.
A warm and supportive base
As practitioners, counselling and psychotherapy ask us to bring care, stay connected to purpose and take responsibility for the work we do. Good supervision should offer us a secure base to practise from: a welcoming place to think, steady ourselves and examine our process.
Supervision can help you feel less alone in what is a complex (but deeply rewarding) profession. It helps sharpen your ethical decision-making, strengthens clinical judgement, deepens reflective capacity and supports client safety. It creates room to consider client presentations, risk, relational dynamics, use of self, professional responsibilities and the wider systems shaping practice.
And it should also help you grow.
At The Counselling Supervision Centre, supervision is a place to be supported, stretched and steadied. It is a space where your strengths are recognised, all your questions are taken seriously, and your development as a practitioner is actively nurtured.
Counselling is deeply meaningful work, but it can also be complex, exposing and lonely. Practitioners need supervision where they can think honestly, reflect safely, receive thoughtful feedback and continue to develop their own voice and judgement.
Our passion is building counsellors up so they can practise with greater confidence, clarity, steadiness and care.
The Counselling Supervision Centre provides online supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists across Australia. Whether in a focused one-on-one supervision relationship or in connection with a small, thoughtful group, our aim is to give you a reflective, rigorous and steadying space for the real work of practice.

Our supervision approach
Supervision at the Centre is reflective, relational, supportive and trauma-informed. The focus is on helping you strengthen your clinical judgement, deepen your ethical thinking, understand your use of self and stay steady in the systems and practice contexts shaping your work.
Our offerings are designed to support counsellors at different stages and in different practice contexts, from individual supervision and specialist groups through to supervision-on-supervision. Across each space, the aim is to meet your work with curiosity, compassion and rigour, so you feel supported, strengthened and more able to practise with steadiness and care.
