Supervision fees
The Counselling Supervision Centre offers individual supervision, lunchtime group supervision and ongoing small-group supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists across Australia.
All fees listed below include GST.
Individual professional supervision
$170 per 60-minute session, including GST
Individual supervision offers a focused one-to-one space to reflect on client work, ethical questions, risk, therapeutic process, use of self, professional development and the realities of sustaining good practice. Individual supervision focuses on the:
Ethical - Support with boundaries, risk, scope of practice, documentation, confidentiality and professional responsibility.
Relational - Attention to use of self, power, transference, countertransference, rupture, repair and the supervisory relationship.
Practical - Clear thinking about next steps, including client work, documentation, service demands, private practice, EAP realities, workload and sustainability.
This option may suit you if you want tailored supervision, continuity with one supervisor or space to discuss material that would be better held individually.
Which option should I choose?
Individual supervision may be the best fit if you want privacy, continuity, tailored reflection or support with complex client, ethical or practice issues.
Lunchtime group supervision may suit you if you want flexible, timely support around a current question or practice issue.
Ongoing group supervision may suit you if you want a regular reflective space with a small group of practitioners who understand the work and can contribute to shared learning, perspective and professional steadiness.
Payment and booking
Payment details are provided at the time of booking.
For group supervision blocks, payment is required to confirm your place unless otherwise arranged.
Receipts and tax invoices are provided for supervision fees.
On booking, you will receive a supervision contract. Please ensure this is signed and emailed back before your first session.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Supervision spaces are limited, particularly for small group supervision. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
A cancellation and rescheduling policy will be provided at booking.
Supervision records
You are responsible for keeping your own supervision records for your professional association, employer or other requirements.
The Counselling Supervision Centre can provide receipts and attendance confirmation where appropriate.

Drop-in lunchtime group supervision
$99 per 60-minute session, including GST
Lunchtime group supervision is a small, flexible online group for counsellors who want timely support, collegial reflection and a place to bring a current question or practice issue.
This option may suit you if you want accessible supervision, occasional group reflection or a space to think through something that has come up recently in your work. Held every Wednesday at 12pm AEST, this group is capped at 4 participants only.
Ongoing group supervision
$399 per person for a block of 4 x 90-minute sessions, including GST (equivalent to $66.50 per hour)
Ongoing specialist group supervision is designed for counsellors working in particular practice contexts or professional roles. These groups provide a consistent space to reflect with practitioners who understand similar pressures, ethical questions and systems.
Each block includes four 90-minute online sessions. Groups are kept small (capped at 6 participants) so there is room for meaningful discussion, connection and attention to the realities of each practitioner’s work.
Ongoing groups may include supervision for EAP counsellors, placement supervisors, early career counsellors, practitioners working with DFV, sexual assault and complex trauma, and other reflective supervision groups developed around shared practice needs
