Liana Busoli
Founder and SupervisorACA Level 4, member of the College of SupervisorsLiana, the founder of the Centre, is a counsellor, clinical supervisor, academic and speaker with extensive experience in trauma, domestic and family violence, sexual assault, community mental health, counselling education, employee assistance programs, private practice and organisational wellbeing.
Liana offers supervision that is warm, reflective, ethically grounded and practical. Her approach is informed by RISE UP supervision training, trauma-informed supervision principles, the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, person-centred practice, interpersonal neurobiology and systems thinking.
She creates the safety for counsellors to think clearly, reflect honestly, strengthen clinical judgement and stay steady in the human complexity of the work.

Natalee Martin
SupervisorACA Level 4, member of the College of SupervisorsNatalee is a counsellor, clinical supervisor, academic and author with experience across not-for-profit organisations, domestic and family violence, mental health, counselling education, private practice and employee assistance programs.
Natalee offers supervision that is collaborative, reflective, ethically grounded and responsive to the practical realities of clinical work. Her approach draws on Michael Carroll’s Seven Tasks of Supervision, inductive learning, Collaborative Helping Maps, and narrative and social constructionist practice.
She creates a curious, relational space where counsellors can reflect deeply, strengthen clinical decision-making and develop a grounded professional identity. Natalee honours each supervisee’s expertise and individual way of working while offering compassionate support and appropriate challenge.

All supervisors are required to be an ACA Level 4 member and member of the ACA College of Supervisors; or a PACFA Registered Clinical member and PACFA Certified Supervisor.
